policies 

  • Deposit is non refundable but can be moved from puppy to puppy up to 3 times
  • After a puppy leaves our care and is in the care of the transporter they are no longer our responsibility
  • If a puppy gets sick while with the transporter we cannot replace the puppy or refund your money if the puppy had a clean bill of health within 14 days prior to pickup
  • We cannot pay for your vet expenses if your puppy gets sick
  • If your puppy dies we will not replace it or refund your money unless you have a necropsy done to prove it was due to bad breeding
  • If you hurt or kill your puppy even if it is a accident we will not refund or replace your puppy
  • You will not be refunded if your puppy runs away or is stolen, we may offer you a discount on a new puppy
  • We will return your money or replace your puppy if and only if a vet speaks to us about any breeding defects they found and they are documented
  • if you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason he/she must be offered to us first. You will not be refunded, however, if we are able to find a new family for he/she you may be compensated to an extent. If you know of a potential family for your dog to go to please notify us beforehand and then put them in contact with us before transferring the dog over.
  • We do not guarantee lifetime health as that is not completely dependent upon breeding but care. We do guarantee your puppy is safe and healthy while in our care
  • We do not guarantee any specific adult size however we can estimate how big your dog will be based on the parents
  • We do not guarantee a perfect personality puppy, that is dependent upon how he/she is raised.
  • We do our best to socialize before they leave but not all puppies will be completely comfortable upon arrival but should warm up within a couple days
  • If you are on the waiting list and you have been offered 4+ puppies of your preferred gender and size range we cannot refund your deposit
  • You may NOT breed a puppy purchased from us unless this is discussed prior to purchase and you were given breeding rights on said dog, if you are found to be doing so we may take legal action
